We then ate a cookie each, or should I say Halena licked all of the frosting and sprinkles off.
It looks like she has a bloody nose, but I promise it is just globs of sprinkles. They were everywhere.
Neala fell asleep while we were cleaning up, so it was up to Halena to put out the goodies for Santa. She was so excited to head to bed since Santa will be coming while she is sleeping. We cannot wait for the morning too!!

Christmas Eve
I cannot believe it is Christmas. It feels like just yesterday it was July and Neala was making her entrance into our family. Now she is sitting on her own and getting up onto her hands and knees attempting to crawl. She will be running around before we know it. She also sat for the first time in her high chair today. She loved it!

Tonight we spent some time getting ready for Santa. We made some cookies to place on the girls table in the living room for Santa and some carrots for his reindeer. Neala sat back and relaxed while we made the cookies. She was having fun laughing at Halena running around in excitement.
We made sugar cookies. Halena helped cut them out with a snowman and a tree cookie cutter. She loved putting on the Christmas oven mitts. She was able to decorate them for the first time. She had so much fun putting the sprinkles on. As you can see in the video, some of the cookies ended up with a LOT of sprinkles. She was so cute.
