Sorry that it has been a while since we have put up a new post. We have been having trouble uploading pictures to the blog, they would either not upload at all or they would delete out of the post when we saved it. It finally started working again last night. So there is a lot of catching up to do. The next few posts may be a lot of pictures and very little writing to get us up to date.

The girls took their first trip to the zoo, along with their cousin Kaylee. Halena and Kalyee loved exploring while Neala slept through most of the adventure. The girls started in the stroller, but were eager to get out to peak at all of the animals.
Do you see that?!?!?
The best view was from Daddy's shoulders!
Kaylee thought so too!
They were able to see giraffes, elephants, ostriches, zebra, gorillas, chimpanzees, rhinos, antelope, gazelles, waterbucks, lions, red river hogs, patas monkeys, and baboons. And we only toured the Africa region. The zoo has over five miles of walking paths to see the animals, so we had to break it up. We hope to go back soon to tour the North America region.

I just could not resist putting this picture on! He decided to scratch his nice red butt right as I was taking the photo.
Halena pointed at this gorilla and said "butt".
Halena's favorite area was with the elephants. Her and Daddy are always trying to make elephants noises. She liked watching them eat and play in the water.
