We went in the morning to the Science Center and due to a little unforeseen rain we took a lot of time enjoying the inside exhibits. It turned out great, however, since most of the other times we spend outside with the animals. The girls really enjoyed the Dinosaur area with toys to climb on, a maze to find our way through, and large dinosaur puzzle pieces.
They had a two person "submarine" on display for kids to see and explore. Halena jumped right in and was ready to head for the water. She had fun trying to "drive" it with the steering wheel and pushing all of the buttons. Neala did not want to get inside at all, she preferred to sit on top and pose for pictures with daddy.
Fortunately we were able to venture outside for a little while. The gibbons were happy for a break in the rain, too. They were so playful, running, swinging, and jumping. The girls could not stop laughing and watching them. Neala even started trying to climb the wall to join them. Our little monkeys.
